2026 Annual Meeting Registration will open on Sunday, February 8 at 1pm Central Time.

• The workshop and field trip registration link will be included in the confirmation email after payment is received.
• Spaces are first come, first served. No waiting list is available.

Participants can proceed to the registration form by clicking the orange button located above or below the frame. Upon completing the registration form, registrants may choose to pay online or request an invoice to return payment by mail. For those registering by mail, access to the workshop, collections tour, and field trip registration link will remain restricted until payment is received.

Most workshops have limited capacities and fill up quickly, so registering early is recommended to secure a spot in the desired workshops.
